at our family farm in Spelsbury, Oxfordshire. |

The core of our meat enterprise is Dexter beef,
all produced from our own free-range Dexter cattle.
We do our utmost to source the pork, chicken and
venison as locally as possible with as few ‘air
miles’ on it. For example, the chickens
are reared on a straw-based farm in Gloucestershire
and the pigs and cattle are slaughtered only ten
miles from our farm. Short travel times and distances
minimise any stress on the animals and thus improve
the quality and flavour of the meat.
Our livestock are born and raised as nature intended,
without steroids, hormones or growth promoters.
Nothing is forced on.
So make the choice and taste the difference of
meat matured for a fuller flavour!
